APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS:

All scheduled appointments will require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits will secure a date and time for your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your session. A late fee of $20 will apply for any session that starts 15 mins late from scheduled session time. Please see booking page to schedule your session. If you wish to book and checkout using Klarna, with a payment that has been successfully made, this will cover your time and date and will be manually added to calendar. I will contact you regarding a date and time you wish to have scheduled.

STUDIO SESSIONS:

All studio sessions will include professional lighting equipment. Studio sessions will take place in the 757 area. If studio session must be in another area, you must cover fees and time for that location. All backdrops and colors included in your booking. Seating props available for you to use during your session, but feel free to bring any of your own you may wish to use to help bring your ideas together. There would be a limit to 2 guest to accompany you during your session other than who else is being photographed during the session.

ARRIVAL:

Arriving on time and ready is strongly encouraged to ensure we utilize all scheduled time for your session. This also helps prevent running into another scheduled session. There is also a designated area for you to change outfits and make necessary adjustments if needed as well for studio sessions. Please contact me prior to session if you know you will be running late.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:

You may be able to reschedule or cancel an appointment prior to your session start time. This can be done with email confirmation at booking. If you are filling ill or sick days before your session, please contact me and reschedule to another date. There would be no additional deposit for rescheduling due to illness, inclement weather, or emergency in a timely manner. Cancellations on the day of session will result in an additional deposit/booking to be made. If you are needing to reschedule a session and you checked out through Klarna for payment, you will have to contact me for another scheduled date.

PHOTOS:

We do not send out RAW image files. Unedited/watermarked photo gallery would be sent out to you via email for you to choose and select your best photos you wish to have retouched and edited. Please allow 1-3 days from the day of your session to receive your session’s proof gallery. These images are not to be shared or posted online. Note, no proofs or final retouched images will be delivered until all final payment has been made. Photos will come with basic to a higher end retouching style based off photographer’s style. Finished retouched photos will be delivered within 5 days, sometimes sooner, you may upgrade your package for faster turnaround times. I will provide an online gallery for you to download and retrieve your final retouched images via email. Any additional retouched/edited photos you wish to have would be $10 per photo.

PAYMENTS:

Acceptable payments: Invoices, online payments, Zelle, or cash. No checks.

KLARNA: If you wish to book a session through Klarna, you must agree to follow Klarna procedures and processing as well as terms and conditions stated. No chargebacks for delivered services. Once photography services have been performed and images have been delivered, payment obligations remain in effect. Client is responsible for any financing agreement, installments, interest (if applicable), late fees charged by Klarna. If Klarna declines or cancels financing before payment is completed, the booking is not confirmed unless another payment method is provided and payment has been received.

MODEL RELEASE:

By agreeing to this form, you grant (Shellz Photography) the right to use and publish images for advertising, portfolio, website, & content.

COPYRIGHT:

By agreeing, you grant (Shellz Photography) all rights to photos taking during your session, with permission to make prints for personal and commercial use.

PRINTS:

We do not provide prints, but a print release will be provided if you wish to make prints for personal use.

GRADUATION SESSIONS:

GRADUATES: You are allowed to multiple areas on campus that you wish to have your photos taken within the timeframe you have booked. Anywhere on campus counts as ONE location! Photos with caps and gowns will be included with your session at no additional charge. Additional outfit changes will still be an add-on of $20 per outfit. Graduates are allowed up to 3 guests to attend their session for any assistance. Graduate sessions outside of 757 and 804 area will be entitled to traveling fees.
